BEFORE

Prior to its conversion, the building was in need of modernisation, yet it retained many stunning period features, including intricate ceiling details that echoed its Victorian heritage. Despite its dated condition, the property offered tremendous potential, serving as a solid foundation for a transformation that respected and preserved its historic character.

BUILDING PROCESS

During the renovation, the property was fully insulated, with smart underfloor heating and air conditioning units installed throughout to enhance energy efficiency. A loft conversion introduced roof windows, allowing natural light to pour into the upper floors. The interior layout was carefully reconfigured to maximise space whilst retaining the property’s original period features.

COMPLETION
