This project, completed in 2021, involved the addition of a single-storey rear extension, which enhanced the property's living space by creating two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. BEFORE

Previously, the building comprised a purpose-built ground floor maisonette measuring 63 square metres. It was in a poor state of repair, requiring significant modernisation. Despite its condition, the structure provided a strong base for redevelopment, offering clear potential for a more functional and attractive use of space.

BUILDING PROCESS

During the renovation, the property was significantly enhanced with the addition of two bedrooms, including an en-suite bathroom, providing extra space and comfort. The new single-storey extension was fitted with sleek sliding doors, seamlessly connecting the interior to the outdoor space. A brand-new kitchen was installed, alongside fresh flooring throughout, completing the transformation with a contemporary and cohesive finish.

COMPLETION

The end result of the renovation is a property that boasts a large garden, now enclosed with a new fence for added privacy and security. The exterior has been given a fresh look, with a stylish new front door enhancing the property's curb appeal and creating a welcoming entrance.
